Axus Decor Painter's Multi-Purpose Tool - Magnetic Brush Clip and Paint Can Opener - Pack of 1 - Two Magnet Clip for Holding Brush & Can Opener - For Professional & DIY Projects

Great little gadget very handy

How did I live without this contraption for so many years. Found a painter decorator on TikTok who recommended it so thought I would check it out. Love a good gadget and this is brilliant. Stops my brush from sinking into the pot. Especially great for floss and when using smaller pots.

Works well and is a solid plastic clip. The magnets hold the paintbrush without it falling, but mine arrived with just the one magnet. Seems the glue that holds the magnets has fallen off in the warehouse. It’s worth the £6 to save yourself the headache of always trying to find something to rest the brush on.

great bit of kit use these all the time at work the magnet did fall out but nothing a bit of liquid nails could fix

These were strong & sturdy.

Seems well made, clips firmly onto my scuttle. I’ve been looking for a solution as to where to put my brush when using a scuttle full of paint, the roller hooks on the edge but the brush will just sink in and get clogged. The magnets are quite small so anything bigger than a 1” brush is probably going to fall off with the slightest knock. This will be useful to me and for the price it’s a handy little tool. It’s worth noting that the tin opening part is completely useless, the first one I tried to open with it the tool just bends and I had to reach for my screwdriver to actually open it!

Just a brilliant little tool, so convenient to just put the brush on it while using the roller

This is a very simple but handy device to have when painting. It clips into the tin or paint kettle and allows the brush to be held on a magnet if you need to put it down for a short time. It is OK with brushes up to 50mm wide, but not really strong enough for anything much bigger or heavier. Easy enough to wash emulsion paint off, but not sure how it would be with oil based paints if it got covered in paint. Works well, but can't comment on how long it will last as I haven't had it long enough. They are cheap to buy, so replacing them is not a big issue.
