Beautiful aquarium. I chose the 3 gal tank due to needing a smaller tank for my Beta. The 3 gal tank is a nice size in length and thinner to fit without taking up much room. It's large enough for plenty of deco to make my Beta happy and ready for a small tank heater to keep steady temp. Beautifully made, thick, clear glass, very happy with it. I wanted to get an aquarium for my betta to replace an older acrylic tank that was showing some scratches. This one seemed to fit the bill although the one main deterrent was that it didn't come with a lid (more on that later). It's a beautiful tank with a nice large front surface for viewing your fish. On the other hand, it's quite narrow, and so if you're ham-fisted like I am, getting things set up right in your tank can be difficult, and cleaning it when the time comes is going to be a chore. I like the fact that this isn't a kit. No crappy filter or light to deal with (I usually replace them anyway). I can use the simple sponge filter and aquarium light I already have for this set-up. Back to the lid... I've recently lost two "friends" because they wanted to venture outside their tanks and made a jump for it (this happened at night through the narrowest of openings). Bettas can jump! Therefore a lid is a must. So I ordered a couple of other things with my tank in order to make a lid for the tank. The plastic sheets are rigid, but can easily be cut, so you can "notch" the top where your hoses, wires, and light go. The plastic latches are perfect for attaching the lid to the aquarium. Basic light for small aquarium.

Great tank well made I've been in the aquarium hobby for 35 years and for the price today it's well worth it I have put the plants in yet but I know it will look great the glass is crystal clear definitely will be buying a few more

I have another 6.5gal tank, shaped like a cube. I wanted another one that size, but different shape. I really like this! The seems look great, without any squeezed out silicone. The panels are aligned quite accurately too. For me, having minimum 5mm glass is a must. Anything less does not give me any confidence. The glass appears to be quite clear as well. The only critique I have, is that the corners are fairly sharp and the white leveling mat is pretty thin. It's probably adequate, but I'd like to see a thicker mat. I'll give an update when it's been running for a while.
