edit: This might be the fastest response I got from the from the seller after I emailed them a day ago about my unfortunate product. They immediately sent me a new one and was very polite and apologetic. This is how everything should be handeled, professionally. I recommend! the first rotation is fine, but after the movement switches to counter-clockwise, the massager just stops working. turns out I'm one of unlucky ones but good thing seller reached out to me fast!

Love everything about this product! At first I had my doubt if it would help my stiff neck and back shoulder blade pain. After a week of use, all the pain slowly went away. I've been using different kinds of pain pills that my doctor told me to take, and exercises but none ever worked. Using it once a day with the automatic settings that stop after 10-15 minutes is good enough. Had my co-workers test it and they bought themselves one each. Would definitely recommend!

I never write reviews, but this mat although smaller than expected certainly packs a punch.. I lay on it across my back and wow this has helped me so much. I have fibro and suffer with aching arms and stabbing nerve pain in my back and shoulder .. tonight is the first time I'm going to bed feeling semi normal. If your in any doubt.. buy this machine.. it's a game changer for me xx
