Not effective , no results as compare to other supplement

This carnitine is really better than other brands, really worked, I just tried one bottle only and it helped me reduceside fat, for me it was stubborn af. But this has a negative effect too, when I don’t hit the gymfor 3-4 days only my belly fat increases but my muscles look bigger, chest broader and a really big shoulder. After taking this I realised, if you skip gym for some reason for 3-4 days, you will definitely lose muscle, I’m trying to recover the muscle loss for last 3 weeks after I stopped the med, no matter what, my muscles don’t look bigger anymore. Feels like the growth has stopped. I’d suggest take take 2 tabs before 20 min gym and with protein powder, take creatine too. Preserving muscle mass while losing stubborn will be the perfect balance
