Beautiful but delicate
These are a great addition to your kitchen decor. As far as functionality goes, they are not absorbent but will keep the ocasional ring from staining your countertops. They are very delicate, they stuck to my glasses twice and fell from a distance of less than a foot and chipped :( . I then started using them for hot drinks but they stained with my coffee spoon. The seller appears to be very clear as far as what these are made of, so you should know what you are signing up for. That being said they are beautiful but very delicate.
