These socks are pretty good at giving me some relief from painful episodes. I have really small feet - size 5 1/2-6 women's, and these do moderately well in the small size sock. They start to cover my toes a bit because they are just a tad too long for my foot size. This isn't really bothering me, however, and feel pretty comfortable. A little pricey, but they have washed up well and helps me with pain I may experience. I wear socks over these and wear them especially when I'm planning to spend a lot of time on my feet.

I bought these for my mother who happens to be 86 years old and for the first time in years she is able to walk further, with less pain in years. She swears by them and I am about to go and order them for myself. I have also bought them for myself and as far as the white socks go, they run smaller than the other pairs, the black ones. We have both worn the whites and have tried them again and they do run small. We have worn them, washed them and that is that. The others run true to their size. I hope this helps.

I bought these for my mom. She's a QC at a manufacturing warehouse. Basically, she walks constantly/almost non-stop for her job. Only getting to sit for only a few minutes, here and there. She has to work 12 hr shifts, so her feet have been swelling up everyday. Bought these for her and she says it's great. Her feet no longer feels worn down, while walking, AND they are not swelling up anymore. She's a size 5-6 in women's, size S/M is perfect.

I bought these socks to use for my trip this week. I’ve tried them out and they’ve seem to help. But I’ll be doing a lot of walking next week so I’m very hopeful. They seem to be what I need. Looking forward to a lot less pain!!!

I read many reviews because I was unsure about whether to buy a S/M or L. I wear a 7.5 in women’s shoes and have slender ankles. I decided on the S/M and they cut the circulation off on my ankles and cause swelling. They do feel like they have excellent support, but I am unable to wear them. I think the larger size might be a perfect fit for me.
