Is this a very large capsule?

Bio-Kult Boosted is a little larger than Bio-Kult regular strength, but it has 4x the probiotic strains. I took it 4 hours before and after the antibiotics I was taking at the time. It worked great and I believe helped me to retain my beneficial gut bacteria. I had no difficulty swallowing it but if you think it’s too large to swallow you can always open the capsule and pour it into food or drink, (just make sure the food or drink are not too hot). Where is the b12 derived from?

The packaging does not specifically say, but I did pick this product because I was looking into which probiotics are ones that have strands that actually survive in human guts, since a lot of animals strands can’t survive in a human, and this was one of the ones the website listed.
