A great idea but unfortunately it didn't fit into my iPad unless I removed the case - which I am not prepared to do every time I use it. So had to return for a refund

Works exactly as it is supposed to. The only limitations to this device as far as what can be transfgerred are more a limitation of iOS software, not the device itself. Be sure to download and install the iDisk Pro software to get it working properly.

I hate that Apple is big on proprietary everything for nickel and dimes sake but this is a must have for quickly retrieving photos/videos from your iPhone to free up space. A possible "downside" for some people is that the only thing that covers the usb and the iPhone end is clear plastic cap....... Caps that can accidentally fall off or be misplaced. Whoops.... Oh well, small price to pay for being able to quickly clear up my iPhone without having to buy more space from Apple. Hope this helps. iPhone 5c btw.

This product is no good. I bought this flash drive to watch videos on my ipad, it worked initially but not 100%, I still thought that I am not using it correctly. But now when I am not able to return the product, it has stopped working completely, its annoying because you have to constantly reinsert it in the slot in order to make it work. P.S it will not work if you have the cover of your iphone/ipad on. So highly disappointed!!! Avoid this product. My recommendation, do not buy

Works great. The app is slightly confusing, but once you figure it out, it's easy. The data transfer is a bit slow, but not a deal breaker. All-in-all, it does what it's supposed to.

Having difficulty I down load my phone photos to my computer. I want to put my Beachbody workouts on the thumb drive. Because when I am out of the country and don't have YFI. My vidios disappear. I would like help to get more instructions or YouTube to help me set this up

Handy item that works well and is very useful. Nice to have when away from house taking photos and need to download off iPhone so that you can continue taking photos.
