Receive this piece looks great and can definitely see it looking great. What’s not great is that I didn’t receive the third piece for the trunk that I paid for and the packaging left a crease on both of the parts that should look aesthetically pleasing. As well as second row embroidery is not centered correctly, very annoying to the ocd.*update* tried installing and with it being on the ground the second row isn’t cut to the measurements of my vehicle. Leaving space that should be covered open and vice versa*Update update* Like everyone said the customer service is accommodating. They reached out and have sent me new ones and I am currently waiting for my back seat and trunk covers. Very impressed with the customer service and my thing is before ordering, is to read the details a bit more as I can see a lot of trouble with this could have been avoided but it takes some action on the customer side to ensure that. will update once I receive the items.*Final Update* Received the items and I wouldn't say its a true perfect fit but it covers all the important parts. You wouldn't be bothered by it in any way. Like I mentioned above the customer service was accommodating and with a little effort on your part, you can ensure you get all the items on time.

I bought it for my Tesla and provided the car details too but it didn’t fit as expected. It took weeks for the delivery so buy it if you have patience. I would have Rated it as 1 but changed to 3 star because of the customer service provided who were helpful and understanding.
