Bat House for Outdoors - 2 Large Chambers Bat Box for Outside & Tree - Black

I was so excited about this product. We have mosquitoes pretty bad in our area and read having bats around would reduce the amount of mosquitoes and I was super excited about that. The day it arrived we immediately hung it as directed on a tree in our yard. It was easy to hang and I excitedly waited for the bats to find their new home as save me from the blood sucking vampires. It looked to be made of light wood and I hoped it would withstand our mid Missouri weather. I noticed about a month later it was starting to lean forward but I didn’t want to disturb it in case it had actually attracted the well anticipated bats. About 6 weeks after hanging it I had to take it down because the back had came loose and was bowed . After further inspection I could see the back had broken in two and It’s now trash. My hopes of little flying insect eaters are shattered. We have a lot of squirrels in our yard and I’m wondering if their weight could have attributed to the breaking of the thin back piece . The wood was wet so I laid it on the counter and placed weight on top of it in hopes of straightening it but it still has a curve to it .

Actually was as pictured. Bought for my husband, and he was so happy with it! Very cool design. Perfect size also. Very pleased! Would buy again.

Love the look, well packaged but mine came with a huge scratch down the front. Construction is well.

I am very disappointed that after about 6 weeks the Bat House just fell apart. I tried to contact the company with there contact information on there product manual but received a message that the “address was not found, Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail” I had bought 2 & the 2nd one has been up for about 3 weeks so we will see what happens. 🙁JW

My existing house has seen better days so I put this on the opposite side of the pole. Bats starting housing nearly over night. Smaller than I thought but is nice

I had bats within a week. I had shutters removed that had bats living behind them. I put up the bat house and provided fast, affordable housing!

This bat house is built well and it’s nice looking. It came with instructions on where to put the bat house and how high it should hang, etc.We followed the directions and have it up but it hasn’t been occupied yet.Based on things I’ve read online it may take some time for bats to move in. So we will wait!
