Bit of a disappointment, poor small pictures
Bit of a disappointment, poor small pictures. There are only 64 small pages to the book, 10 of them are on adverts, introduction thanks etc. A lot of it's obvious and does not relate directly to the Minor for e.g paragraph on whether to pay by cheque, bank transfer etc. I have had to buy the Haynes manual as there is not enough in to restore or to just be an enjoyable read.

Enjoyed
Fairly detailed account of the much loved car. Some issues with pictures not matching the accompanying note but otherwise OK. Enjoyed reading this book.

Handy
QI not bad book . I wonder why he doesn't mention Charles Ware though in recommended garages. He was number one bloke.

Brilliant book but not what I expected
I should have read the latest review on here more thoroughly because i was expecting information on what to look out for when buying/restoring etc, which is what I wanted. Still I cannot fault this book for its history of the minor and variants plus lots of photos. Do not buy this if you want to know the pitfalls/plusses of buying a minor today. That information will be in another book which I am looking for now.

An Excellent Buy
Although a small book, this is the one to get if you need information about the Morris Minor/1000/Traveller. It has all the data you could possible need before purchasing a car. Well written. 5 stars.

Morris 1000 Buyers Guide.
The Buyers Guide provides an excellent insight into the items to look out for when purchasing a Morris 1000.

Long live the Morris Minor!
Great book for owners and "wish I had one" dreamers. Well illustrated and researched. The "Moggie" must be the most popular car of the 20th Century and may even last to the end of the 21st.
