solid product, poor shipping.
ive used this to clean and disinfect. amazing on descaling toilet bowl.On this purchase, the box it was delivered in showed signs of leaking (wet cardboard) and the smell of acetic acid was present.setting the jugs aside, i came back to a visible puddle, which damaged what I rested the jugs on (damage not surprising given what this is, just that it leaked that significantly). disposed of that jug.Second jug apparently had a much slower leak. now there is an acid trail across my garage floor.Dont know if this is an issue with Amazon's handling of the packages, or the construction of the jugs themselves.Just found out, after the 30 days, that you can go through the "return" process for liquids that you arent sending back (if the jug of acid leaks, why would i send it back through the system?!), but that it is a difficult process.
