It is very helpful I bought after another board a loved bought didn’t come it is brilliant

Mostly sturdy but slippy on laminate flooring.
As in the title, it feels mostly sturdy to step onto, and it's easy to change the height.Unfortunately, it doesn't always feel entirely safe to use on laminate flooring, as it can slip about. The bottom isn't non-slip/rubberised. Also be aware of foot placement, as too far on one side and the other side will lift. This isn't a problem on a carpeted surface.

Solid step and balance board.
Been using this for a few months now and it's great. Had 180kg in weight on it and not had any issues with worrying about it breaking.

Plastic weak
Awkward to fit extenders on . Pressure marks as soon as I stepped on it. I am within the recommended weight limits so conclude the plastic is weak and will not stand the test of time. Disappointing as I liked it included body balance board feature. I will be looking for another brand.
