Incredible sound
I've had many different ear buds and always seem to come back to JBL. The sound quality is very good, and these things can thump! I like all of the options especially with the eq so I can adjust depending on the genre I'm listening too. The noise cancelling is as prodigious as the bass. Depending on the humidity they don't always seal well in the canal but that's easily fixed with some minor adjustments.

Amazing sound performances
I have been a headphones audiophile who chased Hifi for 15 years or so. Been through most of different systems. I have come to the point that I would love a pair of buds to satisfy my hunger while I am out and about, while I can still conduct conversations with others. The pair that don't disgust me. I have my reasonable expectations such as the right amount of airiness, crisp, clean, clarity and details.1/ Sound quality: unlike the Bose ultra or xm5, the sound performances from Tour Pro 2 is not full of resonances, bloated bass and muddy mess. It has huge sound stage for the category that it is in and for the audiences type that it targets. The cue of positioning within it soundstage is accurate with the vast soundstage, the first second I put it on, I was immediately satisfied with the immersiveness and similarity of Hifi system that I have always love. I would rate that it is in Mid Tier level for earbud systems. Now, considering that a proper mid tier buds ATM with a digital/DAC/Amp/Cable is typically $800-1500 system. This earbuds by itself is hitting well into the range with it performances. Now, let's forget about what Codec it uses, it is maxed out AAC 16/44•1 but the performances is well and beyond that of XM5 which support all kind of fanciest LDAC....with their DSEEHX and all the marketing stuff that drive a person nuts if you are not into it. If you are though...it is beyond disappointing. I don't understand why xm5 was hyped so much. You are welcome to try them out and don't have to take my words for itOnto the ANC features, the Tour Pro 2 allow adjustable ambient sounds, you can amplify it to listen to conversations easier or you can negate it just enough to pay attentions to stuff around you while you are jamming with your favorite tunes. I personally find this to be very very practical, together with the ability to adjust L/R balances. I recommend not to tinker with it as it would result in staging oddities and so on, our ears and brain adjust the best when things appear natural to them. But when you needed it, it is there.Case with fancy screen ? Yeah, some people say that it is not needed. IMO, I do need it, I am just adapting myself into this type of buds, I am clumsy at controlling with fingers and tap function. I rarely touch and finger to command, but I found the touch screen on the case is so practical and money worthy to have.I am surprised that with such amazing performances that is audiophile worthy, and practicality for ANC system, the price of the product, all considered and it still doesn't get the credits that it deserved. IMO, down right the best TWS with ANC at the moment of July 2024 if I can vote for it.Finally, please try different systems to see which one fit you the most, but if you would like to save some headaches and time, don't look into different fanciest that isn't worth it such as spatial sounds, LDAC codex or DSEE stuff...they are all meaningless if you get a muddy mess and bloated timbers, do give this a chance priority and you may arrive at the same conclusion that I do

My calls can't hear me for the LOUD AMBIENT NOISE on my end!
I absolutely loved these earbuds on my end, but everyone I talk to says the ambient noise they are hearing from my end is too loud. It's just loud crashing noises over my voice. I cannot even move when I have these in. I could not figure out how to fix this problem so had to return them, but I am so disappointed. I ordered some Skull Candy earbuds after that, and they are just huge in my ear--can't wear them. These were perfect and I don't know what else to order. Looking on the internet, many earbuds have this problem! Any advice?

Connection Problems/EarBud dead after just 6 months! No drops or Submersion, just crappy product!
Less than ONE year of ownership and the Right Earbud has completely quit working! Won't hold charge or re-charge! Just totally dead in the case. No help from Amazon or JBL. I've owned these for only 6 months. No drops or submersion. Note: this model is NOT waterproof. On top of that, they have a clunky fit; fall from your ear easily if you're not super careful, and here's the biggest PITA: they won't 'Disconnect' from staying Bluetooth paired to your phone even when you put them back in the charging case! You'll wonder why the hell you're missing phone calls and texts and then hours later realize the stupid buds are still paired. You must go into you iPhone settings and click 'disconnect' manually just to break the hold. Then next time you want to use them you have to ADD them manually again via Bluetooth menu. What a crock. Wish I had stayed with Apple AirPodPros. I'll NEVER buy a JBL product again.

Noise cancelling mode makes popping sound when using tools
Pretty good, I work construction and it's nice to be able to switch back and forth from noise cancelling to ambient sound. The noise cancelling is equivalent to using ear plugs, however the reason for 3 stars is they make a popping sound in noise cancelling mode and it's sort of annoying. I have tried the assorted ear plug sizes that come with the ear buds but it doesn't help with the popping sound.
