Great popcorn seasoning. I use an air popper and heat butter with this seasoning in the microwave. Other butter salt I’ve tried would not dissolve in the hot butter but this one does.

I am not sure who would normally be in the market for this 12 pack and suspect you would be able to pick up a shaker for $2-$4 in a grocery store, so this at just under $3 a shaker is perhaps a fair deal on a product overall and that is probably where my appreciation starts to end.Each shaker is sealed with a typical peel off seal you need to unscrew the cap and dispenser plate to first remove. This for me on the first shaker was a bit annoying. While I was able to get a grip on a lip of the seal, it peeled off the paper barrier but left the plastic under seal completely on. I had to poke through that and peel it off separately before use.After that I went to dash this on a bucket of stove popped kernels and from the side with I think it's 3 pour holes it flowed so heavy it flooded my bucket with more seasoning than I intended. I made sure to mix and shake it well to evenly disperse the heavy application. It was tolerable but overly salty and my own fault. But when trying to enjoy it, I couldn't help but think how much more salt-heavy the taste was without any buttery taste. I've had seasonings before that offered a bit of a buttery taste and this seemed low on that note unfortunately.It is a very small and fine coarseness so texture may be good but means it pours a little too easy. I'll be interested to try it on some grilled veggies next and perhaps a food with more of a moisture will handle this better and allow more of a buttery flavor to shine though? But let's be honest, I got it for popcorn and will likely struggle to use this all up unless the buttery flavor somehow settled further down in the shaker?

Got this for use with popcorn or to season whatever I felt like. Was a terrible mistake, and this is a 12 pack, so such a total waste or bad investment. Very salty flavor, so if you get this, don't sprinkle abundantly, rather sprinkle with caution - feels like concentrated salt, more salty than regular table salt. Regarding butter flavor, didn't taste any, doesn't feel buttery, or if there is any, it is very subtle/faint. Look elsewhere for butter flavor/seasoning.
