Size is small and quality is mehhh.
Very small size. Ordered large, I'm 6ft 2 and they didn't even buckle. The build quality was mehhhh.

Beware
My strap came undone up in a tree about 35 feet up. It came apart due to the thin cylinder that spins on the belt buckle for the ankle bending and falling off. I'm 160 lbs. The rest is fairly solid design. I replaced 2 of the allen wreck screws with threads with nuts. I can modify it and rig it up again, but poor design on something that could potentially cost someone their life. Always have multiple lines, and some spare lashings.

Comfortable and safe
These spikes and straps are pretty comfortable and even dig into silver maples with the annoying flaky bark. They didn't shift on my boots so I felt safe climbing Price was really good for my budget.

Review in cheap spurs
My first day I got them just tired them out the zip cord broke while i was in the tree I had to climb down due to it being so weak. The zip tie broke off where it holds the spurs to the leg not one but two broke while I was in the tree. I will stick with the gecko spurs very comfortable and fit just right haven’t had any issue yet.

They work OK on trees with thin bark. Not do well with pine trees.
The work very well on trees with think bark. The spikes are too short for trees with think bark. It would be dangerous to climb a large pine tree with these spikes. The straps you tie around your feet are a joke. They’re some sort of elastic strap. Not something I would trust my life too. I bought some heavy duty Velcro straps that worked better, we’re easier to put on and made me feel much safer.
