This is a good kit that fits together well but the quality control is very poor. One support arrived with several long splits. Luckily I had to cut the worst off because the posts aren’t being sunk into the ground but the remaining post still has a split for most of its length. If I’d had time to find another pergola this would have been rejected.

Easy to erect and looks great

Very good quality, a little tricky to get everything level but with perseverance we got it assembled.

This item arrived ahead of time, good instruction and good quality wood and fixing. Altogether a good quality buy

Whole pergola fallen apart during the storm. caused damage to the garden. Screws were snapped. I replaced the screws but still very unstable and when contacted the seller about the problem, they said they can not assist me because there is a climbing plant on the pergola. So what is the purpose of pergola if you shouldn't use for a climbing plant?Very disappointed with the customer service and poor quality of the design.

So easy to construct ,only needed one other person to hold the post whilst the top beams were installed.

Looks great built up and very solid - easy to follow instructions with parts pre-cut & pre-drilled.
