 Oh man. Amazing! Had some hiccups in the beginning trying to sync 4 at the same time. I almost returned because thwy weren't working. So the trick is to sync each one individually first. Once I did that all 12 that I setup now work beautifully. I don't review often but for the money this is an amazing find. I also set up through Alexa so I can confirm this does indeed work with voice activation. The ONLY problem I face is that I wanted to order another 12 but they are out of stock and Amazon isn't sure if there will be more or if Dailycomb discontinued currently.

These smart LED color bulbs are fantastic even at the recent price increase going from $42 to $45. We love them and installed 12 in our home. They work great with Google Assistant/Mini. The only issue is the color scheme commands such as Night, Disco and the other in-app preset color configurations are not recognized by Google or Amazon voice speakers. I feel that the brightness is sufficient and we use them in our entire kitchen and master bedroom. Timer setting is fantastic so you never have to find the light switch in the dark anymore. If you add to your existing light bulbs you will have to remove the light bulbs from the app and resync all of them together to add any additional bulbs you may purchase after the first order. We ordered 1 set at first to see how we would like them before dropping over $100 on bulbs. These bulbs are also much lighter than my older Feit LED bulbs from 3-4 years ago and are narrow enough at the base to be used in regular lamps that have shades.

I am updating my review. It took me a few months of struggling on and off but I finally got them to work. First problem is the set up instruction sheet is micro-printed. You need someone with 20/20 vision to read the thing. I downloaded the app on my android phone and on my android tablet, could not make it find the lights.Fiddled with it for weeks with the lamps right next to the router. Gave it a try on my new Ipad this weekend and it worked first time out. Got 3 lights working, checked the app on my droid phone and they where there and could be controlled. Seems like the android app is not working right.Getting the Alexa skill to work was much easier. Lights come on, turn off and change color without a problem using Alexa and the app on all my devices.

Works great - the downside of all smart bulbs is you have to have your dumb switch always on... thats the issue i'm having but that is not these bulbs fault, I would have to change up switching. So I put on in my bedroom, where I have 2 lights, one can be smart and only controlled with voice, and the other normal light can be on the switch.Main issue I can see happening is my roomate wants to turn on the entryway light so we will turn it off, then back on to get the smart bulb to turn on, then he will turn it off with the switch, and i will have to turn the switch back on to control it with my google home... Hmmm

I give it 4 stars because overall for the price they work very well. Installation is simple and directions were rather simple. One major problem I have it that there not very bright at the fullest brightness setting, and that the modes that can be set in the app such as night, happy, and ENT ( the Disco mode) are not available as commands for the Amazon echo. You have to turn them on from the app.

These were fairly easy to sync. The one issue I did have was when I added two bulbs that were connected to the same light switch. I did each of them one at a time, but still had some issues with one going offline for a while. It has seemed to resolve itself and will respond to my Alexa commands. These are a cool white on the normal type bulb and I wish the bulbs were a bit brighter. When asking Alexa to change to the bulb to the various colors, she responds like a charm! The app works great too. I would recommend. Again, my only complaint is the bulb intensity.

Ive only had them for a few days but they seem like really nice lights, especially for the price, worth buying if you want to try some smart bulbs out. Had an issue with one bulb, out of 9, and got a quick response from the seller.Edit. Most of the bulbs work well and do what you want tgem too. Only a few of the total didnt work at all and It seemed like it may of been because of shipping. The lights that do work work well enough for me. The app is ok and has issues sometimesUpdate mooonths later... Had issues with some bulbs but i think it was shipping. The company replaced things very hassle free for me and ive had no real issues with these bulbs, seem more consistent than an expensive bulb i bought around the same time. In the months since they sent me replacements one of them shorted after i moved it from one socket to another. No big deal i had a couple extra and they all seem to be doing well. Bumped up to 4 stars.Edit: been a while but a few bulbs are starting to flicker

Great lights, easily controlled by both Alexa and Google Home. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is they aren't the brightest bulbs (the white setting is the brightest but the colors aren't bright enough to light a whole room) and they only have basic support for IFTT. With IFTT you have more control over other bulbs like the Hue, so you can set up recipes that will for example make the lights blink green when your team scores, but these bulbs you can only turn on or off and set the brightness - no blinking or other effects. Considering they are less than half the cost of the Hue I still think they're worth it, just keep in mind you might need 2 or more bulbs in 1 room if you want to use colors to light the room.
