I love these.First the good - the smell is, as you can imagine, awesome. Really good pine smell and slightly sticky with resin. You can scrape these easily or just choose the thin ones and use a pencil sharpener to create little wisps. They ignite with ferrocerium really easily. When I first used them, I was just trying to get a small pile of metal shavings to help it ignite and a tiny spark ignited the whole pile. Excellent product and plenty in the bag.The bad - The bag is not resealable, you will need a tupperware container to store them.

Yes these are natural firelighters and they do smell pretty sweet in the bag, but I am a little disappointed as they can be a pain to light if its windy, plus when you do get them lit they do produce a fair amount of black smoke.On the positive side, they do burn well and do a good job of lighting the kindling and then the logs in my pizza oven, its just the initial lighting that is a let down.Don't think I'll buy them again, but I will use the whole bag before deciding.

Great for bushcraft fire lighting, twig stoves etc, smells beautiful and burns well, scrape with a knife and the dust ignites with a ferro rod.

Did exactly what they said on the tin! Easy to light and made it very easy to get the fire going in our fire pit. I love the fact that these are natural wood too. One happy customer!

These took forever to light. I was using a normal gas lighter and they would light for a few seconds then go out. It took at least half an hour to actually get them going. They smelled ok once they did start but wont bother buying again. Far too much work.

Perfect for lighting coals. No chemicals and as such, great for smokers. Two sticks is all that is needed, pack is very good value for money

Easy to light and lovely aroma. Very good product.
