I drink this every day because I just love the flavour so much.Mate has no side effects so its okay to drink a lot of.lemon and mint arome isnt very strong, just right I would say.

It very nice, natural similar to srtong kind of mint tea.I choose as of the healthy side of it and is always a something different to drink rather coffee which it gives you the kick. 🙂
