Chysocolla palm stone arrived not pollished.
Update: I sent the Chrysocolla palm stone back the same day I received it. Amazon almost immediately credited back the amount (even without having yet received the ugly rock). Wow! Then, a few days later I was checking email and found that the company had read my review below, had apologized, and offered to credit back the purchase amount. Again, Wow! I greatly appreciated their response to make things right. Nice to know that there are still people in the world who care. So, feel confident in making purchases with this company! Thanks!!!All other palm stones I ordered were beautiful. The Chrysocolla stone was unpolished, dull looking, rough on it's entire surface. Nothing pleasant about it at all. Hated to waste environmental resources to send it back, but couldn't afford $24 spent on a driveway rock.
