No such thing as 100% in life. ;) They claim to be UV400 which is pretty close.

what category of tint are these glasses?

Not sure I can answer that. Looking into the glasses one is blue, one is black, and the other bluish silver. You can’t really see back through them so I guess medium to dark tint.
