I had bought another brand of reusable pouches and they were so hard to close I had to use the handle of a butter knife to get them to seal and they still leaked. These ones are easy to seal with my fingers and I have had no leaking issues! I had also bought a different plunger filler that worked fine but only held one pouch worth. This filter is so much easier! I have only done it with thick greek yogurt so it might be a little harder with a more liquid purée but I love it! I can fill it with a whole container of yogurt and fill a bunch of pouches with little effort. Very quick and easy with little to no mess. These pouches also clean a lot easier than the other brand. Great quality, highly recommend!

I love this filling station!! My son is very independent and likes to eat by himself, but he's still not able to use a spoon. This is the perfect solution, I can fill the squooshi packs and hand it to him. Since he goes through about 3 in one sitting, this makes it less expensive also. You can puree your own fruits/veggies and squoosh them into the refillable packs. It was tricky in the beginning learning how to get the food in the packs without air bubbles. But once you master it, its really easy to do and easy to wash. The zippers on the bottom of the packs are tough, and haven't gotten easier with use, but you dont want the zipper opening during use, so its not a bad thing :) Overall, its a great product!!

Product is pretty great. The quality of the plastic is thick and heavy duty. The only thing I had trouble with was, when adding yogurt, if it has fruit bits in it, it won’t go through the valve. So mash/cut the fruit smaller or go no fruit. Not a dealbreaker though. Pouches were easy to hook up and they feel very durable. I feel it’s overall a great value for the price. Easy use and easy clean up. Would highly recommend. (Added the Dutch cup -med to show size)

I love the Squooshi Food Pouch Filler and reusable pouches! They make meal prep so much easier, especially for homemade baby food and snacks. The pouches are sturdy, easy to clean, and perfect for on-the-go feeding. The filler keeps everything mess-free, which is a huge plus. I also love that they’re reusable—it saves money and reduces waste. Definitely a must-have for parents!

This is an absolutely fantastic product! I don’t typically write product reviews but I just got this a week ago and I have already ordered more pouches. My husband and I were spending way too much money on Squeeze pouches and I felt so bad about how many of them are not recyclable. I figured we would give this a shot and it’s awesome! I can’t say enough good things. It’s a little messy at times but the savings is well worth it. The pouches are also easy to clean with a bottle brush. The feel of the plastic is sturdy and good quality, plus the little animal designs are adorable. I used a mini food processor to make my purées and mixed in store bought apple sauce and have had great results. The filling station makes this a breeze, I think without it I would be really frustrated with the process. I really wish I had bought this sooner, so if you’re not sure I would say go for it! Update: about a month into using these and I still like them but the bottom seal gets harder and harder to close over time. It’s seriously difficult. Had to deduct two stars because of it as it can be a deal breaker. Update: 2.5 years later these things are still going strong. After getting adjusted to closing them with the back of a spoon they have been a life saver. They are still easy to clean and look new! The plastic has not defeated and the designs never fade.

Bought this product almost 2 months ago, and today I ran into my first annoyance. I was already using reusable pouches, but wanted something that would reduce the mess. I was filling my pouches with a thick smoothie mixture (yogurt, puree and oatmeal). That worked out great. There wasn't any leaking and almost no mess. Today, I used it to fill my pouches with a thin smoothie (think Danimals Yogurt Smoothies). You have to be fast. The liquid gushes out as soon as there's an opening. You have to tilt the filling station back to have any hope of mitigating spillage. It dies come with a cute carrot shaped stopper, but it was less messy to immediately swap pouches. Overall, decent product, but would really benefit from some sort of silicone valve like you see on Mio bottles. Side Note: I do not recommend putting the cup part in the dish washer. It doesn't have any holes on the bottom sides, so it just pools a bunch of water. It is fairly easy to wash by hand. Especially, if you rinse it out right away. The plunger and pouches have held up well in the dishwasher, but I recommend rinsing the pouches thoroughly before. The pouch caps do okay in the dishwasher, but they're light and often get flipped over by the jets and hold water.

The pouch filler is why I bought this. The pouches is cute but they don't hold but five ounces. It works well and with pouches not from squooshi. The filler should have thicker contents in it. Thinner purées will easily spill out. Overall both the filler and the pouches is of good quality. This is well worth the funds spent. Update 11/01/23 The one con I have is the last ounce of pureé can not be put into the pouch with the filler. It can't push that far down. I usually pull it out with a spatula and put into a small feeding jar. This isn't too bad as I am still able to fill my pouches quickly and efficiently. This is still a very good buy.
