First things first. This thing is fun. The kit comes with two gloves (that even fit my big hands, but will fit any size)The ball has a nice weight to it which is great when punching.Also the string is adjustable, so if you want to to do short jabs, it works great for it.Finally, I love the headband. It's silky smooth and stays on your head and the best part it slips right off when you are done.An overall well designed product

It's more difficult than the viral video of the 10yr old crushing it, but it keeps the kids busy for chunks of time.

It works but not very well built. The first punch the string came off the head band. Had to make a new tie for it to be able to use it.

My boyfriend LOVES THIS THING! He's gotten so good at it and it's very durable! Glad it comes with the hand pieces unlike some others because its way too difficult with your bare hands.

It's fun to work with, and once you haven't mastered it will improve your footwork, your eye-hand coordination, and your speed for Combat Sports!

Great Idea, but the band doesn't stay on your forehead. So when you try to punch the ball the band covers your eyes.

It takes so me time getting used to, but once you figure it out, it's an excellent tool to sharpen hand eye coordination.

Not easy to get adjusted to I also bought two...thinking one was more for a child...received 2 of the very same thing, paid $10 more for one that the other....... something wrong with this picture
