I've been ordering this supplement from Amazon for a long time. Just what I expected.

I had been taking a store brand for many years. A friend recommended that I try Innate D. So after 3 months I am pleased with the product. I will update once I get lab work done to show if level has increased.

During the winter months it is imperative that we take care of our bodies, especially our immune system! I have been working with several doctors to address adrenal fatigue and vitamin D plays an essential role for me, especially as a teacher. I have become familiar with innate products and in the last few months of being on THIS vitamin D I have noticed that my response to fighting off incoming colds, including sore throats, flu-like symptoms etc have gotten stronger! I am not saying that this will take the place of certain necessary medicines when fighting off infections however this, for me, does the job and there are no unnecessary fillers in the pill (DHEA, Test boosters etc.)This is just my opinion but I am very happy with this product and my blood work and saliva hormone panel supports my theories thus far, which leads me to the 5 star rating. I ordered the capsules in error. I have been using The tablets for years. Found that the capsules are tiny and easier to swallow.

I won't use this product because vitamin d3 is stored in the liver and 5000 it's is a little much. I plan to stay with the 1000 iu d3. Wish I had done my research before purchasing.

I have been using this brand for several years and feel it is a quality brand. Thankful to get through Amazon.

I love this brand. My naturopath suggested this brand and I have used it for several years now and purchase one for my daughter. It works!
