This was just what I needed to remove the inner eyeball fitting from my pool inlet. Unless you have a very new pool or you have replaced the eyeballs recently, don’t waste your money on a plastic tool. My pool is not new and the plastic tool that I tried first before buying this item shattered immediately. These are heavy-gauge stainless steel, and I was able to remove the eyeball fitting easily, using a screwdriver inserted through the hole in the end of the tool for leverage. A pack of 4 is overkill, but the price difference between the two and four-packs was so small that I opted for the four-pack, thinking they might be more fragile (bendable) than they looked. These are made of thick steel though, and I suspect one will last me a lifetime.

It’s an absolutely great tool; durable, strong and gets the job done. They could use an eight of an inch of thickness but definitely worth the money spent.

I had been struggling to remove some eyeball jets from our jacuzzi. I was able to remove the cap and the eyeballs, but the inner piece was immovable. With this product, I was able to remove SIX of them in under 5 minutes. This product worked perfectly. I recommend using slip joint pliers with this product to give you leverage to loosen the inner piece of the jets -- just dry the pliers off IMMEDIATELY once you are finished. Truly a great product that is perfectly suited for just one task/project, but it does it perfectly.

Ordered these to work on my pool but never received them. I received a mailer for the order from Amazon, but the mailer was empty, so I asked for a replacement. I received the second mailer for the replacement but that mailer was also empty. I asked for a refund and received it. But now the manufacturer of the product, Watao, charged my account via Amazon for the product I never received. Terrible business model for Watao, and terribly disappointed about Amazon.
