Worth It
Its amazing bike, We like it very much this is my second bike, i bought. first one was 26 inch tire, that was big to handle. this is perfect fit my wife loves it and best part is its easy to fold and fit. I had looked in to option from other sites but was worried about reliability. I would strongly recommend it, i ll be buying another one soon.

Good ebike for the money
The bike was very well packed and protected for shipment. It came with tools but not assembly instructions. There is an assembly instruction video on YouTube, with some operating instructions. The website for the operating manual is apparently still under construction. That aside, the bike is well engineered and manufactured, unlike so many Chinese products. Like all ebikes it is heavy, so folding the bike is awkward and difficult, and it is too heavy to be loaded into a trunk by an average person. It accelerates strongly with 5 pedal-assist levels, and a thumb throttle. Headlight and taillight work well. The seat does not go low enough for my 4'11" wife.

No instructions!!!
I gave this company a shot even though it didn’t have many reviews and that was a mistake!! Don’t buy this bike! There’s NO instructions and very little help with the installation. There’s a little video that is fast and doesn’t provide good Instructions. Now I see why this bike was cheaper!! Go ahead and spend a little more and get a bike that’s already put together unless you don’t mind trying to figure things out on your own! I’m very disappointed!

Great bike company
This bike is a powerful beast! Doesn’t lose power on hills and top speed is exhilarating! We had an electrical issue with this unit and the company made it right! Put your faith in these guys because this is a good product with great support!

Nice Bike
I like it and will keep it but the amazon listing says that it goes faster and runs longer than I am finding. At 22 MPH set on level 4 assist it runs through 3/4 of the battery in 15 miles. At 14 MPH and level 3 assist it uses 1/2 the battery in 15 miles. The fastest I could go on level ground on assist 5 was 25 MPH. I do weigh 200 lbs.so if I was lighter it might go faster or farther or it I had chosen the 20AH battery... The bike is well built, comfortable and fun to ride. There are no instructions shipped with it. I was still able to assemble it in 1.5 hours. The LCD panel is very limited and I had to go to the internet to get enough information to change it from Kilometers to Miles. It is geared very low so assisting at higher speeds means you are pedaling very fast. i ordered a 52 tooth front sprocket to replace the 47 tooth sprocket that it shipped with. This made riding faster much easier.

Well built bike, but motor assist controls aren't great
This bike is solidly built, comfortable enough to ride, and easy enough to operate. I wouldn't buy it again at the full regular price but at a discount it's worth it. The materials and engineering of the bike seem to be really good quality to me, but I'm neither a pro biker nor an engineer.Assembly was fine once I printed the instructions PDF from the manufacturer web site (sohamobikes/com). The instructions weren't top quality, but did include diagrams for each step so it wasn't too hard to figure out. There are videos online if that's more your thing. My only real issue is how the assist responds to pedaling at Levels 4 and 5. To me, 1-3 are good and still feel like assisted biking, while 4 and 5 are roughly equivalent, and they're basically non-biking where I do nothing but slowly pedal to tell the motor to take me as fast as it wants to, which on flat pavement is between 19 and 24 mph according to the onboard display. (I weigh 205lbs with clothing.) Maybe there's more of a difference between 4 and 5 when on hills, but I haven't done much of that. It might just mean that the gearing isn't ideal as another reviewer mentioned. The Level must be adjusted by a button on the display, which I can hit pretty easily with my left thumb, BUT it unfortunately only goes up: 0,1,2,3,4,5 and then back to zero. So if you're at 3 and want to go down to 2, you have to go through them all and be sure you don't pedal when you're at 5 or the motor will take off. There should be both an up and down button, or maybe a twist throttle instead.I haven't tested the range yet since I just charge it every time I get home. The "battery remaining" display isn't super useful since it drops down when the motor is actively pushing and back up when it's off.The battery is easy enough to remove, and can be charged on- or off-bike. Bike lights are bright and good. There is an adjustable speed governor in the settings (see instruction manual). There is a place to attach a front cargo rack, but it doesn't come with the bike so you'll have to order it separately. Seat and handlebar heights have a pretty decent adjustment range. Folding works fine. The bike is heavy, so you'll probably want to take the battery out before folding to make it easier to handle.
