I checked the bottle and, under "Supplement Facts", is listed "Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, magnesium oxide, magnesium amino acid chelate (rice protein based)). 250 mg 63% daily value. Other ingredients: Cellulose, L- leucine, cellulose & glycerin coating, silica, vegetable glaze. This product contains no wheat, corn, yeast, soy, milk, salt, sugar, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, or artificial sweeteners. Most of all, it contains no magnesium stearate. Other than that, you need to contact the company. Its product number is 2686.

Does anyone know the country of origin where it was source and also manufacutred?

My bottle says the following: "This product has been manufactured at a GMP Registered facility. Manufactured by Country Life, LLC, 180 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY 11788. countrylifevitamins.com"

Does this product contain magnesium oxide (which is a rust)?

Magnesium oxide is not a rust that would iron oxide. This is a good magnesium product that is chelated to dissolve in your body.
