I'm sure the product itself is great but I wouldn't know because I never got the product and it was refunded. The tumbler in the same colour works well. I know this product is good.

This food container is the best! We've had other food containers before and they never really kept the food warm. This food container by Zojirushi really does a good job of keeping the food hot enough after a few hours for the kids to enjoy their lunches at school. Another good thing about this food container is that it is easy to wash. All the parts (only 3) come apart easily to wash. The best part is that there aren't any nooks or small crevices that you really need to clean. The other food containers we had before, the lids were almost impossible to get clean in the crevices.

Like the look of the container, sleek and simple. Seems to be able to keep warm. However the lid will become loose after uncapping- zojirushi said that's not a defect. This container is also lid heavy
