It works and it is worth it.
My wife and I bought the item as a birthday gift for a friend who deals with a lot of pain and soreness. He told me today that he and his wife both love the device and the heat, cold, and massage functions. In fact they demonstrated it for several people from their church and four of them took out their phones and placed orders for the device. He is ecstatic at the way it eases pain.

Great overall, except for ball piece
The ball attachment is more of a styrofoam material, so it doesn’t slide as easily as preferred. All others work great.

Works Well
I use the massage gun for a few minutes two to four times a week. I've only ever used it on the lowest speed. The device does charge slowly, but in the two years I've had it, I've only needed to charge it once. The massage gun has not broken in any way.

Works great until it doesn't
I am so disappointed... We bought this in May and it has been a dream for our achy muscles and joints. My husband uses it daily. At the last charge, it completely froze up and will not work. All four charging indicator lights are on but there is no response from the power button. It's odd that the lights are on, since this indicates the unit is on, but it is not running. I've looked up multiple fixes for this, but none have panned out. Upon using Amazon customer service to find a resolution, I get in a loop of "past your return window" blah blah... I'm going to look into warranty coverage next. I will update with those results.

Great But Heat & Cool Stop Working
Amazing massage gun don’t get me wrong it’s really light weight and packs a punch for it’s size, the battery also lasts a long time but my main purpose of purchase this over the others was the heat and cool function and unfortunately 2/2 have malfunctioned and will not heat or cool after 2 months of light use.

shuts off automatically after a few seconds
UPDATE: I discovered soot or some other dirt on the contacts between the hot/cold head and the unit. Once I cleaned that off, it has been working like new. The overheat sensor must have been affected by the presence of the soot.I loved it for the first 2 months. then it started to shut off automatically after less than a minute. It is fully charged. I was travelling with for another month and found the problem got worse. No it stays on for a few seconds only!In the help info it mentions adjusting the auto-shutoff setting, but I don't see such a button my massager. I'm sad that I can not replace it, because I loved it so much
