Save money
Have started using bulk supplements in electrolyte drink and protein shakes. Their capsules are also inexpensive. Arrive in good condition on date expected. Not as many extras like silicone or magnesium stearate in the inactive ingredients.

Did not suppress appetite, triggered strange irritation
I bought these pills because I read these were a good appetite suppressant. Unfortunately they did not work at all in that regard. In fact, for some very strange reason they made me very irritable and in a bad mood which has never happened to me before. I can drink coffee or even energy drinks with caffeine and have never hard this kind of reaction. Not sure if there was something in the extract to cause this but definitely never buying these again.

They've changed it... No longer states standardized EGCG
The prior version of these capsules had orange powder and the container clearly stated 'Standardized to contain 50% EGCG). This new version has green capsules which taste much more like green tea, and the container makes absolutely no reference to EGCG. It is entirely possible that the change is legitimate, but since supplements are not regulated, who knows... I bought these capsules specifically for the EGCG, and I have no idea how much they actually have, if any.

Been using for about 2 weeks and haven’t seen any results. Buyer beware!

Seems the formula has changed
This used to have dark brown extract goin back 6 yeara or so. Now the pills are sand color like the cheapies at the grocery store.I don't feel the greentea in this blend, there for I'm not sure of the grade of it or that it's greentea extract at all.I've resorted to just eating gunpowder granules to get REAL eggs.

Not Recommended
Right after starting this product I noticed that when I went for walks I would get tightness in my left arm. Like my blood pressure was high maybe. I stopped taking this product and the tightness immediately went away. Si, this was definitely causing it.
