The media could not be loaded.      I don't normally write reviews (in fact it might be my first), but I feel compelled to this time. There's a few things you need to know -1) the bag is beautiful. Seriously nice - feels great quality and well built. Only feature I feel is missing is an external pocket, but that doesn't lose it any stars as I knew that when I bought it.2) customer service from Snugg is top notch - I had a small issue with mine and after some contact they swiftly agreed to replace it. I don't expect that'll happen every time but they were quick to act and not many companies do that - top marks to Snugg.3) the bag also comes with a lifetime guarantee - how many thing that you buy comes with that? Not many.If you need a bag and have the funds, this is definitely recommended. I'd buy again.

Looks good had a letter missing on arrival hopefully the bag will last longer than the missing letter.

Big bag. Looks good. Not quite as nice the leather as I'd hoped but very practical.

Really lovely bag, bought for my partner for christmas ..so not sure what he thinks just yet...I'll have it if he doesn't like it!! But a quality bag, loved the mint fabric interior..ordered it on the friday arrived on the sunday!

Nice bag becarfull not to over load as I found the zip not to hold I did recieve a fast response from the seller but after messing with the zip it went back together .

I was a little bit skeptical about spending this much money on a bag. But after owning and using it I am very happy with it.

Still looks and feels like new. Great size, well made, good pockets inside and just have this quality feel to it. Great purchase!
