Finished well done quickly and removed all the background of my logo! I loved

I like this product and for the last two weeks I have been eagerly awaiting this hoodie to arrive but once it got here I was let down. before placing the order I posted a question. (Can you remove the background of the Images. and I got an email saying that your company can absolutely remove the background for me and here we are weeks later and the backgrounds have not been removed so I either want my money back along with the time wasted or I want the hoodie fixed. I'm sure there are ways two remove backgrounds from images before sending in the order request but when it comes to technology I'm not good at it. Other than that its a great hoodie. The material is super soft and its really comfy, I should've ordered another size up

Sizing is smaller than expected. Wanted white writing logo but there was a huge black area all around it. Will not reorder. Really obvious and makes it look tacky.

The hooded are super soft and fluffy and logo placement perfect

I'm giving this a 4 star for only one reason the design was beautifully put on it but it looks as if someone touched it with nasty dirty fingers other than that it fits perfectly and is awesome after I washed it!
