So when i read about product i could not figure out how good it was, as it mentioned nothing about its strength of cooling, how well it worked, and its recommended room size.So like any sane person i checked questions and reviews, none of the questions answered my questions, and all the reviews all said "its surprising really cold" and "works great". So i decided i would ask a question and buy it since it "worked really good".The person who answered gave me a answer which i felt was a nice way to say what i found out.This product is a glorified humidifier, or a fancy fan. Dont get me wrong, it does cool the fans air, but its by such a small amount its barely noticeable, and even then its so little you have to double or triple check to make sure its not you brain being like "yea its colder". The BEST feature this thing has is the LED fade transition rainbow they put in the water and ice compartment.Okay but how well does it actual hold up in use?• In a gradually heating small bedroom, which the heating is caused by a computer, 2 monitors and a human body.• • It slows down the heating at best, and that running on the best setting using as much ice as you can.• Same room but now with the sun and summer heat?• • Its like it does not even existTL;DR DO NOT get this product if your looking for something to cool effectively or at all. Do get this product if you just want a slightly colder desktop fan blowing in your face.

While not as effective as a "true" air conditioner, this sits near my chair and does cool the immediate area. Comparable to little electric heaters, that can't warm an entire room, but do increase comfort in a limited area.

This may work for a kid but not for an adult. It doesn't provide a strong enough breeze to keep an adult cool and is definitely not cooling off an entire room yet alone a desk area. Love the ease of use but it's a no.

I had to return this fan. It did lower the temp around the unit, about 3 inches out. So not even a great face fan, because it has to stay level and can't be moved around much. It was heavy after you fill it up with ice and water and I felt the ice water made so much condensation I had to place the fan on a towel. I have purchased fans in the past that put out a much stronger wind, without the ice water and they were better than this fan. I did get my money back, so thankful for that!

Calling it an "Air conditioner" is extremely misleading. WARNING to everyone considering this product: it's powered off a USB C cable, designed to be powered off a laptop. I don't think it can consume enough power to do anything as it's basically a glorified CPU cooling fan that occasionally sprays water for some reason. It's okay if you put it on your desk pointed directly at you, but even then it does an abysmal job for the price you pay.Also, it is surprisingly easy to tip over and if filled with water, will leak like crazy.

It kept only a very small area cold, but forget it working during a humid day, it barely moved the air, the water does last a long time, but I had to aim it directly on me.

The compact size is nice; however, it doesn't generate a lot of cool air.

It's summer in Vegas so even with the air on its hot. I don't want to freeze my roommate out so I thought I'd try this. I was able to plug it into my laptop and I was very shocked to feel how much just water in this made it really cooler. It's a thumbs up for me!
