Wanna Cold Brew? This makes it easy.
This makes cold brew so easy. I have a case of Ball 32 oz. Mason jars, I think I bought at Walmart. The filter fits perfectly in and still gives room to cap the jar with the filter inside. I've brewed twice so far a 12 hour and 24 hour each non-espresso with 8 tablespoons of course grounds. Both have turned out great with a splash of milk and vanilla syrup. Worth the Money and very easy to clean.

Works Perfectly!
I bought this for when my daughter visits as she likes cold brewed coffee and this takes up less space than the special pitcher she had brought to my house which I sent home with her when I found out hers had broken. This fits perfectly in a wide mouth Ball jar that I have and she says the fine mesh on this insert works BETTER than the dedicated cold brew pitcher because NONE of the grounds get into the coffee. I store this in a Ball jar that I already had in my cupboard so it is far better storage-wise in my small kitchen AND, apparently, makes a better brew! I suppose it would also be great for cold brewed loose tea, or even to put aromatics in a tall Ball jar for flavored water. FYI: The filter holds about 4 oz. of ground coffee.

Time Saver Extraordinaire
Quality build with quality material. Used many times with differing grinds and no issues at all. Saves a lot of money versus buying already made cold brew at the storeIt's easy enough to make cold brew: dump grounds into jar, fill with water, next day filter and drink. It's the filtering that makes the job a fiddly mess that takes too long. After fiddling with linen, cheesecloth and even paper (don't do it) the ease of use for this filter was a big relief. Pull it out, tip upside down over the waste bin, give it a tap and cleanup is basically doneOne important point. If you use a fine grind or really pack the grounds in tight, give your cold brew another day in the fridge to get the dark brew you're looking for. I pull the filter out a bit and check the aroma before I call it done. An extra day in the fridge is no hardship for me and the taste difference is so worth it

All summer
I make bustelo cold brew all summer, this is the best product I've used so far, but you may have to restrain if you use fine ground. Best coffee investment so far.

Cold brew
This filter works well for cold brew coffee. Cold brew is a lot more smooth than hot brewed coffee. Saves on stomach problems. Very durable stainless steel made.

Great Kubota Prefilter
I use this in the mouth of my Kubota fuel tanks for both my tractor and side by side. Works great to keep big debris from getting into the fuel tank. It fits right in and stays even with the cap on

Excellent part of my kit to make cold brew coffee.
I use this in conjunction with a 64 oz. mason jar and a medium sized disposable filter bag. I don’t make concentrate strength cold brew, but rather ready to pour coffee. I carefully insert the mesh bag into this filter and pour in 4 oz of coarse ground medium roast coffee. Then I pour 48 oz of water right through the middle of the open filter bag. I give it a thorough stir while pouring the water to make sure all the grounds get saturated. Once the 48 oz (1500ml) mark is reached, I tie the filter bag off and screw on the top. I’ve found that letting it sit in the refrigerator for 14 hrs is just right for our tastes. The cold brew comes out very smooth and full of flavor with zero acidity. Removing the grounds is very easy since it pulls out easily from the stainless filter. I’ve also found that running the filter through the dishwasher after each batch keeps it uncontaminated. This wire filter is a must for mess-free cold brewing.

High quality
Love this strainer. It fits the half gallon canning jar with the top on. Making my tea has never been easier. Very easy to clean, and seems durable. Only gripe would be not getting a cleaning brush
