Echo is high ... very scratchy service

Unfortunately no one was able to hear my voice in calls; I tried calling both cellular and land lines. The device was fully charged and played the music without issue once paired.

Sounds pretty decent but i bought 2 and can't pair together to play at the same time

I have used a few different devices similar to this one with some limited success but this particular product did not perform well at all. When I tried using it, it cracked, popped and faded in and out constantly, whom ever I was speaking to kept saying they couldn't understand me. Every call I made or took with this devise had to be taken off of the devise which became a safety hazard for me because I was usually driving. I do not understand the technology that goes into one of these very small earpieces but it definitely needs some major improvement before it should be sold to consumers. The features of being small, light weight was a major appeal but in the end it just did not perform to expectations.
