Its a Gift.
Its a Gift but i opened and it looks good. I bought some hooks to go with it.So my dad can hang other bits off it.Personally i think roofing felt would have looked smarter on the roof ,instead of just wood.It would help the roof on the table last longer.I was expecting a longer , deeper box. But I am sure it is a good project for my dad to get his teeth into.

For the price, the product is decent.
I bought this to feed the squirrels. It was easy to assemble and it looks good.. but it does fall over very easily.. I’ll need to do some DIY with the bottom of the stand to make it more stable! Overall though, it’s decent value for your money and if you’re using it for birds and not squirrels, it will probably stay upright for longer 😂

Good for price I would recommend.
I’d say it’s good for price and pretty much as described. But it doesn’t fully match the picture. The bottom has four legs but no cross at the bottom. Also I recommend some filler or glue in places to add extra stability and strength. The dowel joint in the middle is not perfectly centre or, tight fit enough for example. One screw does secure it as designed but, has a small wobble. Easily sorted with filler. Overall can’t complain for price. I would recommend. Might even purchase another in the future I’m that satisfied. Instructions were easy to understand. Would not say required too much DIY ability but obviously it does require at least a Phillips style screwdriver as expected.

Very Light Weight and liable to blow over
This bird stand feeder looks good in the photo but is nothing like it in real life. The upright frame and supporting struts are made of 3cm x 3cm wood. Totally inadequate for free standing use on a hard surface. The metal fixing pins would not support the stand in windy conditions if used on a grass or soil surface. The instructions for fitting the roof supports are unclear as to which way they should be assembled. My old table feeder platform had disintegrated but the base stand is still good so I did not return this one as I have used the top feeder section of this one on my old solid base. (see photo)

Great for the price!!
I bought this for my 9 year old son as he is really enjoying feeding and watching the different birds coming into our garden of our new home.He helped to build it and is absolutely loving making down the different birds he sees on it each day.Better than I expected at such a good price!

Very roughly finished, got a nice splinter!! NOT THE SAME AS THE PICTURE!
This is not the same birdhouse that is advertised which in itself is worth a refund. There is no stable base just 4 legs so buying the pegs to keep it stable was a waste of money! Needs to be sanded down and it’s not varnished so I don’t think it’s treated.Put together but the screws won’t go through the knotted wood so had to use nails and hammer!Overall quite disappointing really, but for the price what do you expect. Just hope it lasts until spring.

Excellent
I have moved into a countryside property a year ago now, and started looking after the local wildlife.Brilliant little table considering the price, and plenty of space (and shelter) on the actual base.Since having this we have attracted all kinds of different birds and even red squirrels, definitely recommended.

Not varnished as shown in photos
arrives in a little box when I expected it to be delivered already made. That was no biggie, what I'm annoyed about is that it is not varnished as shown in the picture. So its basically not build and ready to go, it's build with one missing screw then varnish it all, wait to dry then decide where to put it and use bricks or rocks on the legs to stabilise it.Have not seen it used by one little wild bird yet, I put this down to it being awkward to get into because the Actual bird box isn't high enough or have a little ledge for the birds to land on to.Hopefully the red arrows wild birds team will give it a shot and get in there. One last thing, the build instructions manual is completely useless, they say put F + D together (wood isn't labelled with letters) using screw 4 (the manual doesn't same which screw is which each number.Thankfully you can blag it and just work out how to put it again using whatever screw takes your fancy.
