I received used one
It was damaged and old but good thing is I was able return it without any hassle.. Impressive Amazon service ๐

I will not buy any voice amplifier again
What I liked? Appearance. What I do not liked at all? Lasts only for 2 months. Although I have warranty, I cannot return it. Because, without it, how can I deliver lectures? Special note: When connected to computer or mobile, sound is at top whereas when used as a voice amplifier, sound throughput is much lesser. Will I buy it again? No. Rather I will buy better version from the same company.

Useless sound output
Literally no sound amplification. And amazon gives "Only Replacment" and no return. Pls don't even try....
