How do you set the day? can't find the instructions and can only get it flashing on fri/sat/sun together - wondering if it's a fault as cycle through

You use the same buttons you use to set the time I didn’t have any issues

Does it have a count down timer please?

No count down with alarm, only a stopwatch

How many alarms we can set?

I did only one I'm not sure for more alarms but I think is the best watch for kids.

I forgot how to change the hour. Please help.

Press the mode button until the seconds flash. Then press the bottom right button until you get to the hour number. Top right button allows you to change it. Once happy press the mode button to confirm changes. Hope that helps :-)
