With age (I am 85), I no longer fall asleep at once, sleep all night, and leap out of bed in the morning. However, I find that with this product I can once again fall asleep at once and fall back asleep after getting up for the bathroom, and if I don't leap out of bed in the morning, I do get enough sleep overnight to start the day happily. I've tried several sleep aids, and this is the one that works best for me.

No me ayudó. Sufro de fatiga crónica y me lo recomendó mi médico para un tratamiento que hicimos. Aumentó mi fatiga. Tal vez deba probarlo antes de irme a dormir, pero yo no tengo problemas para dormir. Cuando lo pruebe para dormir, actualizaré.

I think this supplement helped me sleep and did make me feel calmer, but when I took the recommended dosage I felt intermittently dizzy(room spinning) for up to 4 days after. It was positional and I never felt so bad I didn’t try it again, but I feel like it’s worth knowing that it’s possible to have that type of side effect. When I’d take only 2 capsules I was only sorta dizzy for a few hours I took it.
