Very Reliable
I bought this for my husband after he had his 4th stroke. He was up every 2 hours to go to the bathroom. Neither he nor I got much sleep with that happening. He has been home for a week now and in the beginning, it took a bit to get it right and not to spill. We have not had any spills due to the product. It has a very good seal all the way around. It has been a very useful product for us! We are both more rested now and happier.

It does not work very well while lying down. The urine does not flow down the hose. It remained in the genital area and should the bed. I was not pleased.
