Sticks well to itself. But the downside is that it sticks well to itself. So, once it touches itself it won't let go and you'll have to very carefully cut it off without scratching whatever you put it on. I put it on a pole that I dance and do tricks on. I only put it in a couple of places that I needed extra help for trick practice, but once you stick it to itself, it's on there.Another con is that it rolls down. Since I only stuck it in a few places the tops of these places, if I touch the top, start to roll down. It has rolled down so much on one spot that I had to cut the roll off because it was interfering with my climbing.Not sure what would be a better option. If you're learning new tricks on a pole, it's great to have because you want to focus on learning a trick in the proper way and not struggle with grip at the same time. However there are obstacles such as the roll down and once it's on there, it's on there. It's not the easiest to roll around a pole either and the lines aren't always straight. So if you're picky about this, this will drive you crazy. haha

Simple and served it's purpose. Thin but surprisingly durable. Was worried that dust would stick to it but I didn't have a problem at all.

Maybe it’s user error but it comes off of certain spots so fast. Other then that it works amazingly. Originally covered all the way to the top till I tore it off. Clothes stick to it amazingly!

the tape very easily gets bunches up and gets stuck together and rolls down on top of itself making it impossible to use. I feel like i wasted my money because I wrapped my pole and secured the tape but when i used it, the tape started to bunch up really bad and I just had to take the tape off because it became completely defective. I am very disappointed. This picture was after i removed the tape from my pole, it was bunched up like this when it was wrapped around as well. I was very excited to use this product but now I feel as if i wasted 30$

Since I got the tape I’ve been able to hold onto the pole, which I was having a hard time gripping it before I put the tape on it!

Not so awesome for grip on a pull up bar. I don’t have an issue but my husband can’t grip it for the life of him.The color and stretch and self fusing material are great

so easy to put on :)i bought a kettlebell and the grip was so slippery i thought it was going to slip out of my hands and across the living room.... aaaggghhh i was going to return it but then i thought i give the tape a shot... and wowzy what huge difference!!

This stuff sticks to itself well and doesn't leave a residue behind, and is forgiving to work with. My steering wheel is 10yrs old and the texture is smoothed out, too slippery for one hand turns. Took a while to wrap but this works better than other options I've tried.

This silicone tape is stretchy and sticks well to itself, yet doesn't have messy adhesive that would ooze out if it gets hot. Works well.

Self adhering grip tape only sticks to itself leaving no residue on the handle. I needed something to add grip to my curling iron and this worked perfectly in the clear. I can still see the LED lights and use the button to adjust the temperature. Making sure to overlap completely on the ends ensures a good stick. Even used it for a color brush that needed extra grip because the handle is too slim. Works great! Would definitely recommend for lightweight smooth surfaces or wherever you need extra grip.
