Works on casts if you break a bone!
I broke my wrist and was fitted with a cast. My arm and cast started to smell like a zombie so I bought this product. My cast is a high tech one that can be loosened and gently taken off. Every day after work i take off my cast, spray it down and let it air dry before slipping it back on. My cast and arm no longer smell like rotting flesh and there is no irritation to my skin. Cleaned my yoga mat well
