there didn't work out at all
We put them in the pool, and they looked like they were going to work, but after a couple hours, and breeze , out of 20 pieces 2 remained without sinking. Also, opening and unfolding them caused 1 to tear. Also one was torn from factory. The material in contact with the water is foiled paper, but has areas that is just paper.Once there is some movement, or enough time to get the paper wet, it soaks it up. Then if you have a breeze the weight of the one side that is wet causes the lantern to flip over. I used light weight LED votive lights in them. Maybe using heavier material around the sides would help it from flipping over. But these are used for events, and once they fail, there is no point in further trouble shooting.I give it 2 stars, as they looked nice when first put in the pool. What sucks is that after the night was over they were wet and thrown away, so I cant return them.

Poor Quality
Doesn’t hold its square shape. Creases easily and it doesn’t look like the image at all.

Missing pieces
No rods in the package at all

Not worth it.
The media could not be loaded. I got the plastic ones thinking they would be panels and not crease, but they’re basically like a wax paper like material it’s okay it’s still waterproof and reusable not super sturdy, but again I could deal with it, however the instructions state slip the lantern over the rods… and there lies the problem, these have no rods so you have these plastic baggy lanterns that are collapsing in on themselves, the tea lights are cute, the flame bit is covered in a silicone or rubber material that gives off just a little bit of light that I think gives a nice ambiance rather than be a distraction. I would avoid these lights if you don’t already have the rods that go with it.
