A great value for the money
I am being forced to upgrade all of the computers in our office to Windows 10 Professional. However, most are fairly new HP computers and they will not allow upgrading to Windows 10 and all HP can say is "sorry." I thought I would give three of these refurbished computers a try.You have to remember that these are not factory new computers but they have little to no cosmetic damage. They booted up and installed the operating system just like a new one and ran with no problems. And they are still running fine after a month out. There is one down side. Both the SSD and Hard drive are more than 5 years old which means you may run into some issues down the road sooner than you might want. I went ahead and purchased a Samsung 860 EVO SSD and used their data migration software to transfer the entire old SSD over to the new one and just removed the hard drive that came with the computer. I also left the old SSD installed but disconnected in the computer case just to have a viable backup in case the new SSD failed. Now I have a perfectly running I7 computer with a brand new 500 gigibyte SSD drive. All at a very reasonable price.

A nifty computer and great customer service.
This is a neat computer and I like the two hard drives. Starts up very fast and it's quiet. Having Windows 10 is a nice bonus. For the price it's a great deal. What I want to praise more is the StallionTek's customer service.I've bought a number of reconditioned electronics in the past. When it goes right, it's an excellent way to get quality machines/electronics at a lower price. The reason that folks can be hesitant with buy reconditioned electronics is the worry with getting stuck with a lemon. And that worry makes sense in that we're not looking at products new from the manufacturer but used ones that have been fixed up to be as good as new.IMHO, the key factor for me when considering a reconditioned product is the company's customer service. My first Dell Optiplex 9020 from this company had issues with starting up - in that the BIOS was messed up. I contacted StallionTek customer service and they quickly got back to me with the steps to fix the BIOS. Unfortunately that fix was "undone" when I moved the computer. It took a bit to recognize the problem since it was so intermittent. After a few more tries, Stalliontek readily agreed to do an exchange. I got the new computer just a day after I shipped off the old one. Looks like they shipped me replacement before they even gotten my old one back. The exchanged Dell Optiplex 9020 is working like a champ. I've tried triggering the previous start-up/BIOS problem and it consistently performs as it should. This is a very nice computer.Even though there were issues with the first Dell, Stalliontek was quick to help and when it decided to exchange, did so quickly and without hassle.More about the computer - both the previous one and this one have been very clean and in very good condition. I expect a reconditioned product to show some signs of use and/or handling - mainly in terms of scuff marks, signs of wear and maybe some small dings or scratches. . The first Dell had a scratch on the case and a few scuff marks. The replacement has a spot where the paint came off on the case, up near the power cord (pictured), but otherwise is impressively unmarked. With both computers, everything, including the fans and interior (what I can see through the back grills) have been dust free and clean. From their condition, it looks like these computers may possibly have been set up before but then hardly or maybe never actually were used.

Needs a Few Upgrades, But Minimal
PROS: exceedingly fast (compared to my 2001 computer).Very, very quiet.I don't see any bloatware, which is a huge bonus. The HDD is formatted and ready to go.There is a Wi-Fi dongle. There are almost enough USB ports. You can call me a pig for ports, I don't mind.CONS: The SSD drive fills up very quickly, even when the user files aren't on the c: drive. The Wi-Fi dongle only works on single band, 2.4.The USB 3.0 slots are not marked.I use this for work, and it is a terrific buy for the money for my needs: office work. I actually happy danced when I got it set up.I used to work tech support, so I wouldn't use it. As I mentioned, I am not a gamer, so I couldn't speak to that.I am in love.

Nice machine for a good price
My previous computer was still running Windows 7 and instead of paying $139 to upgrade to Windows 10, I decided to just get a new (to me) computer.I haven't had a lot of time to use it yet, but it seems to run everything at decent speed. My primary uses will be photo/video editing and architectural rendering.I really like that it's much quieter than my old unit and has plenty of USB ports to plug into.It was packaged well for shipping & I received it pretty quickly after ordering. The only issue I had, was that it still had the Windows 7 sticker on the front. I was a bit concerned because I bought it as an upgrade. But when I got it hooked up, it went through the setup for Windows 10 so no problemo. For the price, if I can get a couple years use out of it, I will consider it well worth the money.

Perfect for Budget Gaming
If you're looking for a decent machine to slap a graphics card into, and have a budget gaming machine.. this is the one to get. Plenty of room for full zize graphics cards in this tower. The biggest card you can put in without changing the power supply is a Nvidia GTX 1650. It only uses the 75W from the slot, no additional power plugs necessary.. Also my friend got one, changed out the PSU, and put a RTX2060 in his. Works great. Just remember you will need a better power supply if you want to put anything more powerful than a 1050, or 1650 in it. Also will need an adapter for the motherboard main power harness, it's different from standard, if you're going to change the power supply, they are super cheap and easy to find.

video card/motherboard has issues, Seller was Great, very understanding and Helpful.
The media could not be loaded. The graphics card isn't working properly, keeps cutting out and flickering constantly but it does work properly sometimes just not most of the time, also this smart tv works fine with my old computer, fine with our laptop and with Netflix ...... this was likely due to shipping, True Computers was an excellent company to deal with and very helpful in all respects and took the return and due to my situation gave me a full, refund, one of the best sellers I've ever delt with....... I wish all sellers were as good at dealing with issues as this one. Thank you ! Josh

Great unit could use more info in the description
The unit is great, fast startup and res to go, the 3 tb hdd wasn’t configured properly but they were very helpful in fixing that. The video output connection should mention that it’s a DP connection, if you’re not use to this you wouldn’t know. You’ll need to purchase an adapter dp to hdmi if you want to hookup a monitor other than that it’s perfect of the office environment 😉👍🏻
