I’ve had just about every car mount for cell phones over the past almost 20 years (had several mounts for gps and various PDAs before smartphones were a thing). The past 7-8 or so years I’ve decided for my personal use the vent mounts last the longest. I’ve tried several vent mounts in that time and this is by far the best one yet. It has the best system for attaching the mount to your vent to get the absolute most rock solid installation. This thing is completely adjustable to make sure your phone is facing precisely at the angle you want it to be facing and then it securely locks it into place and doesn’t budge. Also the magnet is very strong. I have never had the phone budge even when riding off on dirt roads which were quite bumpy the mount stayed perfectly in place and the phone stayed securely in place. The charger is very fast and then you get the typical benefits of a vent mount that your phone is kept nice and cool in the summer time so that it doesn’t have any overheating issues. I’d recommend this mount to anyone who wants to have their phone mounted in their car so they can easily see it for gps directions or even quick access to music controls while streaming music while driving.

Works great, actually ended up ordering two more so I have one in each vehicle. The magnet hold the phone securely to the base, Very easy and user friendly setup and good quality for as little as I paid. Would highly recommend this item to anyone.

**Good product overall, but missing advertised metal car charger**I’m generally satisfied with this Qi2 MagSafe car mount charger—it works well and feels sturdy. However, the product description lists a "48W Customized Metal Car Charger" as included, but it was missing from both of my orders (I ordered a second one thinking it might be a mistake). There isn’t even space for it in the box, which makes me wonder if this is an error or misleading advertising.If this item is no longer included, the description should be updated to avoid confusion. Hopefully, the seller or manufacturer can clarify or resolve this issue.

I really want to love this MagSafe Car Mount Wireless Charger. It was easy to mount to my dash which is my preferred method for mounting the charger. I waited 30 hours before I added the weight of the phone mount and phone to the dash mount. It worked like a charm the first evening as I drove around. My phone was secure on the magnetic mount. The magnet was appropriately strong and my phone stayed in position over bumps and rough roads. However, the next day I was parked in direct sunlight with my phone mounted to the dash mount and suddenly my phone fell to the floor of my car. The back sticky part of the dash mount (there are two sticky pads allowing mounting to a curved dash) had slowly peeled up dislodging my phone. I tried resticking it to my dash but it would no longer securely stick. I was disappointed that it only lasted one evening. I had removed my other non-charging mounting magnet so to remain hands free while driving, I turned to the vent mount which was included in the package. The vent mount is great. There is a knob that allows you to securely tighten the vent mount to the vent. While I was disappointed to lose the preferred dash mount, I was impressed with the vent mount even though my phone was now blocking a vent which reduced the air flow of my air conditioner. But my phone was secure again and I was able to use it for hands free driving. However, when I was coming home around 10:00 that night, with the wireless charger charging my phone, my phone became so hot that I got the ‘Temperature IPhone needs to cool down before you can use it’ warning. My phone and the mount was hot to the touch.As I said above, I want to love this MagSafe Car Mount Wireless Charger but I am afraid to even use the charger after the heating problem. I gave it 2 stars mainly because I like the way it mounts to the vent. However, I am unable to use the charger part of the mount so this item is pretty useless to me. I am first disappointed that it would not stay mounted to the dash and then disappointed again that the charger overheated along with my phone.**UPDATE** I have changed my review from two stars to five stars based on the seller's customer service. I was contacted by the company once my review was read. The company went above and beyond to make my experience a five star experience. They offered to send me another product and gave me a few choices from which to select The new product came quickly and I have had no trouble since receiving it. The method of attaching it to the dash was the same, but thus far, I have not had the same issue with it detaching from the dash. I have not had trouble with overheating either. I am impressed with Lisen's commitment to satisfying the customer and would definitely buy another product from them in the future.

Beware, bought this product and after two weeks the phone charging started getting spotty. Sometimes when the phone was on the charger it continuously bounced from charging to not charging. I contacted the company and was told the reason it was doing this was because I had the cord that came with the product plugged directly into the vehicles plug. I was told that in order for it to continuously charge, I needed to have the correct type of adapter plug (which they don’t provide). The product doesn’t work as advertised. Also, if you were thinking you could read the instructions for any questions you might have, you can forget it as this product doesn’t t come with any instructions or paperwork of any kind. Don’t waste your money.

I live in Arizona, and it’s extremely hot. I’ve had many MagSafe car mount chargers fall apart due to the heat, BUT this one held up!Very high quality, charges fast, and has a strong magnetic mount. It’s even strong enough so that when I’m off-roading my phone doesn’t fall off.
