This is not an easy job! I was sweating profusely while replacing this screen on my kids IPOD out of fear of ruining the whole thing. Persistence paid off however and I got it all put back together - along with soldering in a new battery. This was 5 months ago and it's working fine. There is one small area where the screen has turned black. It's about 1/10 in in diameter over near an edge. All in all, it's way cheaper than a new IPOD if you have the ability to install it. I highly recommend watching several You Tube videos on the subject before tackling this job as it is very important to know where and how hard to pry when lifting the old screen off. It is glued on and doesn't come loose easily.

I received this screen, installed it correctly, but the power button does not work. It otherwise fits properly, but the power button does nothing now. Will not power the iPod on, will not turn the screen off.

we could get sound and picture from ipod before we put this replacement stuff in and then it wouldn't ever slide or go anywhere after we installed it

Worked great for a few weeks, then a dead spot appeared. By the time I logged in to ask for a return the deadline has passed. Daughter is very unhappy.

Product is sturdy and gets the job done at a low cost but what a pain to replace the screen

once everything was in place which was no easy feat, it was magic.
