Q: Hi the ear buds are easily lost; happy to buy spares but only need the medum size swimming ones which aren’t in the extra order pack?

Buy Bose shaped ones they fit better and keep water out better.

Make sure the unit is fully charged. Push the on button quite firmly and the green light should switch on and the unit start. If this still doesn’t happen it would appear the unit is faulty. Contact the seller.
