You’re only limited by your imagination in how to workout with this very versatile bit of kit. I’ve got the one insert version then I get the 3x insert version.Really robust, well made and well designed. Doubt anyone serious about fitness would regret this purchase. As a side note, to other reviews, it’s meant to be a bit unstable, plopping, otherwise youd just use weights. The instability will help develop stabilising muscles

I’ve been using the 25 and 20kg bags for a few weeks now.Ive been into fitness and strength training in one form or another, for some 30 years. Like most , when my gym closed, I needed something other than running or basic body weight exercises. Time for a quick versatile home gym. The bags form part of this.The bags come preloaded with sand. No need to search for kiln dried sand. That was a huge plus for me.The sand comes in smaller plastic bag lined cloth sacs. These individually seal with Velcro. I found this very useful for quickly changing the weight of bag depending on what routine I had planned that day.The leather is tough and seems durable. It’s lined with a strong foam roll to hold the sandbags in place and make the outside more comfortable. Especially great for shouldering exercises.There are plenty of straps and grab places to get hold of. And the main grab handles have plastic handles to help with comfort and provide a firm grab point.After a few sessions, I did notice a small amount of sand puffing out of seams. This is due to the plastics bags starting to tear open. The sand still remains within the cloth sacs, but the fine stuff does work it’s way out. Nothing too much to worry about.Overall, I love the bag. I have a couple now and plan on another very soon.

This is my third update on this as I was being bugged by the seller to provide a new rating once I received the replacement bag. The replacement was better - the bags within (both fabric & plastic ones) holding the sand were of better quality & stronger (fabric ones branded!). Only one bag had some leakage of sand. It's a shame that these bags weren't used for the original order - they really need to sort this as it's just not on. I've used the bag for a few workouts & I'm happy with it. Watching content on youtube this is 'boxier' than most sandbags which are more like duffle bags so do decide which you'd rather go for. I went for this out of sheer laziness as it was already filled. It might be better to get a good quality canvas like bag with (hopefully) stronger inner bags in which you can put your own sand (or whatever filling you desire). Happy sandbagging.This is a new review since getting a prompt response from the seller regarding issues with the bags inside. The response from the seller could not be faulted & showed a keenness towards addressing the issue. Upon receiving the bag I checked the individual cloth bags within. There are ten of these each with sand inside a plastic bag. Most had burst due to weak plastic bags. The seller has assured me that this will be addressed. I think there were two different types of both the cloth & plastic bags used (one stronger & more appropriate for purpose whilst other insufficient). Hopefully the weaker & poor quality cloth & plastic bags will no longer be used in the future. The seller was very quick in responding, apologetic & courteous throughout. Should you have any issue with a product from this seller I've no doubt they will do their very best to solve the matter.

Having researched the different weight training products available, I identified that a sandbag trainer was the most suitable for my needs. As a result of the positive reviews I settled on the RDX sandbag and purchased the 25kg version.The initial product I received had some water damage (okay these things happen) so I contacted the seller. I was extremely pleased to receive a prompt and helpful reply from the seller within five minutes of my e-mail being sent (at 19.43hrs), extending their apologies and that customer happiness and satisfaction were important to them. Within the hour I received a follow up e-mail from the seller informing me that a replacement unit was being dispatched.The replacement item arrived, which I have now used half a dozen times. The bag itself is of good quality, cylindrical in shape, with a hollow foam lined core that contains 10 individual sand bags. These can be removed or added to reach the desired weight for the workout. The bag incorporates a combination of handles, allowing for both wide and narrow grip for the permutations of static strength, and circuit style straining it can be used for.In summary I am extremely pleased with the bag, and the excellent customer service I’ve received throughout. The five stars awarded are thoroughly deserved, and I would highly recommend this product.

Well constructed, did my first workout with it yesterday not a single complaint

Looks sturdy… but 20 mins in while doing snatches with only 50 lbs… bag tears!Can’t write a SECOND Review….Against my better judgment I bought a second bag to replace my first one (3rd photo). That one tore even more within 15 mins, with only 50 lbs. I received a message back from the seller who said my review was the first they had heard of this failure. Look at all the other 1 Star reviews. They all fail the same.**Don’t buy this bag!!**

Der Sandsack ist qualitativ wirklich hochwertig und sehr gut verarbeitet. Die vielen Griffe ermöglichen einem zahlreiche Übungsvariationen. Egal ob Beine, Arme, Bauch, Schultern oder Rücken… nichts bleibt auf der Strecke. Die inneren Säcke ermöglichen es das Gewicht beliebig anzupassen. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zu frieden.
