So I originally got this so when I'm working from home and too busy to play with my kitty. She LOVES the toy! But be warned, do not trust that it will last long. That string is not durable and my kitty used a nearby desk to balance herself as she swatted and chewed the shorten string, lol! Now it's too short BUT that's okay because the kit came with a replacement string. I have yet to install the second string but it's because I need to watch my kitty during play to avoid her destroying the 2nd one like she did the 1st one. 😆 So it depends on what you need from the product. I'm still giving 5 stars because the motorized part still works as it should. I may look into more durable chew proof string in the future though. 😋

We have a SUPER high energy kitten who could play for hours and not be tired. This toy has helped a ton. It comes on intermittently and the battery lasts usually 3-5 days, only takes a couple hours to charge. When it is charging shes usually dragging the string around.The only complaint I have is the string has broken twice since weve had it in a month so weve had to re-tie it--since double knotting it though the string hasnt broken in a couple weeks now. Maybe a suggestion for a future model is to add a beeping noise when it turns on to alwet the cat.

In theory this seemed like a no brainer. But the string kept getting tangled and if it was wound up just right it would smack me and my son in the face.

This toy is incredible! My cat is fairly active for a cat her age, and as someone who has a full time job and a disability, I'm always on the hunt for electronic cat toys that will keep my cat occupied and happy when I'm unable to. This toy does that perfectly!You are able to turn it on manually for play time on 2 different speed modes, but even the first option is enough for my cat to go nuts over. After you turn it on, it will turn itself on automatically every 2 hours until the battery starts to die. I love that even when I'm not at home my cat will have some stimulation to help her work out her energy. It also helps keep them distracted if you have the type of cat who has to follow you from room to room - my cat doesn't mind as much if I leave her outside of the bedroom as long as this toy is on her side of the door.As for the cords- I actually like them! The seller included two, plus a bell and feather to attach at the end. My cat hates thicker stringed cat wands so the thinner cord was actually my motivation behind purchasing this product! I've had this toy in use for a few weeks now and the cord is still going strong. The seller helpfully provided a second cord for when it will need replacement.Which brings me to my next point - this seller is fantastic! The main complaint in these reviews are for the cord that is included, but the seller makes it very clear that they encourage creativity and for you to attach your own cords and whatever might catch your cat's attention! The rest of the machine is incredibly well made and easy to install. It's rechargeable and easy to separate from the door hang when it needs to charge, which never takes very long. Considering the possibilities of attachments that you could use on this toy, it's a steal for the cost! The seller is also incredibly kind and reached out to me when the toy arrived to ensure that I recieved it and would know how to use it. I can't recommend this cat toy enough!

Like the idea behind the design

DONT EVEN BOTHER buying this if you like quiet or a happy cat. Nevermind the fact that my cat BROKE the string that comes with it (multiple times) and the toy itself in less than 12 HOURS. The motor is fine but if you have cat like mine that grabs the toy and runs once they catch it, it’ll fly out of their mouth. I was worried she was gonna break a tooth because she does not like to let go. It’s loud when it slams against the ceiling and back to the door. She body slams herself into the door to catch it. And if you have an active cat that likes to play for more than 10 minutes at a time like mine they’ll scream at it when it doesn’t move. She’s been yelling at it since I put it up. This toy seems like it has actually given her anxiety when the whole reason I bought it was to keep her happy and entertained.

Product was built ok. But didn’t quite sit on the door very well. We returned it because it didn’t work as well or as consistent as we hoped and our cat could care less.

The media could not be loaded.  Package arrived on time came with a charger and accessories. Product chicken has indicator lights so you know when it's fully charged. The way that it whips around entices your cat to attack it it immediately got all three of my cat's attention. At first they were skeptical but within a few minutes they were all playing and having a great time. I left it hanging on my door and it automatically shuts off and turns back on when your baby is ready to play again. I absolutely love the feature that makes it whip around like crazy. This feature is great because cats get more with the same motions. This product has different settings as well. It was priced wonderfully and came with everything I needed to easily and quickly learn how to use it. Very highly recommended product I will definitely be checking out more items from this company. We are excited to try the new products that will be launching in the future. I have very particular cats and they don't always play with every toy that comes there's been a few that were interactive automatic toys and they would not have anything to do with him or played with him very little this toy has been a real hit around my house. A few people have seen it as they came over and they seen my cats going crazy over it and decided they were going to buy one as well.
